About the Workshop presenters Aileene Cropp, Success Coach
Aileene is the founder and director of Agape People Coaching with a record of accomplishments working with super achieving individuals, real estate agents and businesses.
Aileene started her career as a lawyer and acquired counselling qualifications along the way. She then found her true passion in coaching and has never looked back since. She created the REAL Coaching program for agents wanting to be a top real estate agent and ACHIEVE Coaching for business owners and companies. She regularly runs workshops where she partners with other highly skilled individuals to provide education and training to the general public. She is also one of the top coaches of the YB12 program that helps others to have their best year ever.
Aileene struggled many years with weight loss due to poor stress maangement. After learning to master her mindset and emotions, she is now at an ideal weight. Her motto is "Don't live with regrets- live your best!"
Anastacia Grigoryeva, Wellness and High Performance Coach
Anastasia has been involved in the wellness industry since she was 17. While studying in Russia, Anastasia had the incredible opportunity to travel around the country to meet and learn from leading doctors, professors and holistic health practitioners from all over the world and since that time she has a genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives, health and well being.
Anastasia has helped numerous amounts of people throughout Russia and New Zealand with safe and sustainable weight loss, finding purpose in life, to develop new balanced breathing habits, to handle stress effectively, gain back personal power and much more. Her clients include a wide range of individuals, business owners, personal and spiritual growth seekers, sportsmen and holistic health practitioners.
Linda Rugg, Lifestyle Coach
Linda is passionate about empowering and inspiring others to live the lifestyle of their dreams. Having spent nearly 30 years being employed as a microbiologist she decided there was more to life than working a 40 hour week in a job and actively sought out ways to be financially independent so she could control how she spent her day.
Since 2003 she has become involved in several businesses and has also developed a multimillion dollar property portfolio. Generating multiple income streams provided security in the economic downturn and she now loves teaching others as to how they can do this.
She mentors those who want to be in business for themselves so they have the freedom to control how they want to plan their days without having to answer to a boss. She is actively involved in the Health and Wellness Industry as she knows that it is too hard to function effectively and manage stress if your body is not receiving optimal nutrition.
