89% of families will get some subsidy? Who’s paying for that, the other 11%? What about all the corporate welfare in this bill that gives to the top 1% (Insurance Company CEO’s). Not to mention Medicare that spends $100,000 for every $30,000 retirees actually paid in. Can you spell UNSUSTAINABLE?

    CAN YOU SPELL FASCISM ???

are lots of Democrats that do and approve anything the president or any democrat approves. This is what a call the proverbial sheep. Each party has goods and bads. This health care act really depends on the perception of the party.

  4. TheMatthewguitar says:

Oh come on…We all know that the Goverment will take money out on taxes. 2% to 5% of American people making above a certain amount of profits each year will be getting a $650 dollar tax increase with the affordable care act. It really depends on your preception on paying an extra $650 and year. If your a Republican you would most likely want to stone wall it. If you are a democrat you will be most likley be a logical person and approve the bill. Although i am mosley a Democrat, there

That is pretty laughable that you think health reform will lower the deficit since it is going to cost the federal government billions of dollars a year to insure all of the people below 200% of the poverty level and that doesn’t even count the subsidy that will go to everyone below 400% of the poverty level.

  6. dj3109 says:

Interesting that I found this video and your comment just now, but it has slowed the growth of health care costs which in turn has reduced the deficit.

  7. robvolanti says:

What it doesn’t tell you, is that the subsidies that poor people get, becomes taxable income …. It’s not free for anybody

  8. Holly Davies says:

Healthcare Reform is so complicated, but at least you videos give me the basics in simple terms, thanks!
