Open to members and non-members alike, this Membership Open House will
highlight the benefits of membership in the Arts & Cultural Council, with staff on hand to discuss your questions. Everyone is welcome to attend on a drop-in basis anytime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. A brief presentation will be given at 12:15 p.m. Come learn about our range of services, initiatives, and programs to promote and strengthen arts, culture, and education in Greater Rochester.

Did you know? …
Arts & Cultural Council members:
• Receive free or discounted access to special events and facility rentals.
• Receive discounted access to Metropolitan magazine advertising.
• Can access Excellus BlueCross BlueShield medical insurance plans at
competitive group rates. Conditions and eligibility apply.
• May purchase tailored services to promote events and offerings to cultural members, donors, funders, and patrons.
• May promote their work, events, or organization in our Information Center which draws over 5,000 visitors each year.
• Have unlimited access to post cultural events to the online Regional Events Calendar at ArtsRochester.org, from which a selection of calendar events is read on air by WXXI public radio.
• May apply for fiscal sponsorship in order to raise tax-deductible donations.
• Receive mailed issues of our premier quarterly Metropolitan; organization members may promote one cultural event, per issue, in the magazine's calendar section.
• May access, as a nonprofit organization or income-eligible individual, pro bono legal assistance from area law firms on a range of issues, including copyright, intellectual property, contract review, and nonprofit operations.
